Event Cancellation by Participant

❖ Cancellations must be received by the stated cancellation deadline & is acceptable only through a letter, fax, or e-mail.

❖ No refunds are issued for cancellations received after the stated deadline.

❖ The deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 15 days before the event unless for specific reasons stated on registration materials.

❖ If registration cancellations are received prior to the deadline they are eligible for a refund less the USD 125 service fee under the sole discretion of Edurel Learning Solutions.

❖ The participant or legal Representative of the participant should make all the refund requests.

❖ Substitutions for persons attending can be made up to two weeks in advance free of charge.

Event Cancellation by Edurel Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd

❖ Edurel Learning Solutions reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other such circumstances that make the event non-viable.

When we cancel an event:

➢ Edurel will offer registrants a Credit Voucher worth the paid amount which will be valid for two years. The Credit Voucher can be redeemed for any events conducted by us within two years from the date of issue.

➢ Or the full payment will be refunded within 30 days.

❖ In case the event is postponed due to any special circumstances, registrants will have the option to transfer the registration of the same event to a new future date.

❖ Any substitutions for persons attending can be made free of charge up to two weeks in advance. In the event of circumstances beyond our control, Edurel Learning Solutions reserves the right to amend or cancel any event. It is to be noted that Edurel Learning Solutions is not liable for any expenses incurred by participants as a result of cancellation.

❖ Edurel Learning Solutions is not responsible for any loss, or damage occurred as a result of a substitution, alteration, or cancellation/postponement of an event. Edurel Learning Solutions shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this training is cancelled, rescheduled, or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence, or any other event that renders performance of this event impracticable, illegal, or impossible. A fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labour strike, extreme weather, or other emergency.

❖ It is to be noted that while speakers/trainers and/or topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, in circumstances beyond control, the organizers may call for substitutions, alterations, or cancellations of the speakers/trainers and/or topics. In these circumstances, Edurel Learning Solutions reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers/trainers and/or topics if necessary without any liability to you whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as early as possible.
