Cancellation/Refund Policy

❖ On or after 15 days before the start of the event no refunds will be issued for cancellations received.

❖ If cancellation is done after this date the full invoice remains payable. However, Edurel Learning Solutions will provide a Credit Voucher worth the paid amount which is valid for two years. This voucher can be redeemed for any events conducted by Edurel within two years from the date of the Credit Voucher issue.

❖ Refund/Credit Vouchers shall be issued under sole discretion of Edurel Learning Solutions.
